A small reminder for your iPhone
On the hour. Take a sip.
We keep no records. We do one thing: when you see our reminder, take a sip.
No drinking history. No ads. Completely free.
We are preparing the App Store release. A download link will appear here when it is available.

A native iPhone app for one simple job: reminding you to drink water. No account, goals, charts, or daily check-ins.
Local reminders follow your iPhone’s clock: 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, and so on. iOS handles delivery even when the app is closed.
Choose when reminders pause. The default is 23:00–08:00, so the first reminder is at 08:00 and the last at 22:00.
Use the standard notification sound or switch it off. Your iPhone’s notification settings also control how alerts appear and sound.
The app explains why before asking. Tap Enable Notifications when you are ready.
Set the start and end time. Changes save on your device and update the reminders automatically.
There is nothing to log or tick off. The app never asks how much you drank.
Focus, Silent mode, Scheduled Summary, and other iOS settings can affect notification delivery. This is an everyday reminder, not an alarm that overrides your phone.
For iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and English. Supports Light Mode, Dark Mode, Dynamic Type, and VoiceOver.
